LET’S transform a private garden space into an after-dark illuminated oasis
In addition to volunteers, we NEED TO BORROW items you may already have around the house. Scroll to the bottom to see the list of requested DECOR TO BORROW / DONATE.
If you want to volunteer with other dynamic Bay Area queers and pals, this call is for you!
For Mighty Real: An Outdoor Acoustic Session we want to create something visually special (think pumpkin patch meets Burning Man meets Pride) that’s both Instagram worthy and functional at night using ordinary items from around the house – Christmas lights, LEDs, eclectic outdoor decor, and more.
Volunteers can support as Landscape Crew, Set Up Crew, and Breakdown Crew during the Operation Transformation Dates below for any amount of time.
Landscape Crew: Gardening, Remove dead leaves, Cleaning pathways, Furniture set up
Set Up Crew: Decoration Central! Crew will work in smaller teams to dazzle designated areas
Breakdown Crew: Remove decorations, Organize donated decorations, Outstanding cleanup
ALSO We need folks to help with Check In + VIP, Food + Bev, and Merch on Event Day.
